I’m Saniya Sharma, founder of Peoplenovate Studio (the trading name of Alt Platform Collective).

Trained as an international commercial lawyer in dispute resolution and international arbitration, I started the digital project "Peoplenovate.com" in late 2022 to explore pathways to start a dialogue on identity, people innovation, reframing dooming and outdated narratives and creating empowering and frank observations that I noticed were missing in my daily surroundings – using the art of storytelling. 

Through documentaries, podcasts, and capacity-building workshops, I work with communities to tell stories – of people and their surroundings – that not only inspire but equip my audience with tools to trace and create impact. I focus on sharpening identity discourse, fostering resilience, demystifying outmoded perceptions of "what is" and driving action. I integrate my love for nature into my work. 

A simple belief guides every project that I take on: the best stories connect us, act as catalysts for change and help us grow.
