We provide professionally insured mediation, facilitation, conflict engagement and think tank services.

Our founder, Saniya Sharma, follows the European Code of Conduct for Mediators and is listed with the International Mediation Institute and Civil Mediation Council as an accredited mediator. She has over 8 years of experience in international commercial dispute resolution and is qualified to practise law in both England & Wales and India. She also holds an MBA essentials degree in business management from the London School of Economics. 

In conducting research, she follows the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity.
